Starting setting a goal, could be demanding, you begin to wonder how to choose a goal, how to find your purpose and still focus… then you start your research and more important you need willingness to commit to new challenges. As well, a learning goal facilitates or enhances metacognition by namely, planning, monitoring, and evaluating progress toward goal attainment, also framing it will influence your performance. ? → The problem is that, when researching begin, very likely across internet, we’ll find five tips, seven ways, three steps, five reasons, twelve steps, best ways to set a goal, stuff that can get you a little bit confusing and the risk is goal avoidance.
! → Prioritizing, by definition, a goal is an observable and measurable end result, having one or more objectives to be achieved within a more or less fixed timeframe. A goal is a desired result that a person or a system envisions, plans and commits to achieve: a personal desired end-point in some sort of assumed development.
↔ Many people endeavor to reach goals within a finite time by setting deadlines. Setting goals helps people work towards their own objectives.
≠ The difference between goals and objectives is that goals tent to change your mindset, projecting yourself into the desired direction, and objectives are about establishing a series of concrete steps. Objectives can help you reach your goals.
Like a Chinese Proverb says: “To get through the hardest journey we need take only one step at a time, but we must keep on stepping”.
⇒ You can start by analyzing your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats and be sure that your planning is SMART (specific or significant, measurable/meaningful, attainable or action-oriented, relevant and time-bounded). Keep on with asking your self, what are your life values, what is important for you and be opened to exploration, understanding, and growth.
¡¿ – Having a Grow model, or more suitable, the I-Change Model or Transtheoretical model, who are preferable for their focusing on behavior change, helps you to create rational, achievable goals. The Transtheoretical model is a process involving progress through a series of stages: precontemplation, contemplation, preparation, action, maintenance, and termination. Moreover, the I-Change Model is a phase model and assumes that at least three phases in the behavioral change process can be distinguished: awareness; motivation; action. (Wikipedia).
↑ Above all, are you motivated enough to make a choice, to put some effort, are you driven to persist in order to achieve a goal? Unquestionably, it takes a little courage to make decision, a life decision, speaking of long-terms goals. In order to achieve what you want in life is a must to decide.

You can begin with smaller goals: one week, one month, six month, one year and move forward to long terms goals: three years , where do you see yourself in five years from now, life time goals; goals concerning your education, career, family, your artistic life, financial status, relationships, travel, vacations, body and mind healthiness, etc.
» Remind your self that, your psychological well-being is rely on self-acceptance, environmental mastery, positive relations, purpose in life, personal growth and autonomy.

+ Setting goals will enhance focus, performance, gives you clarity, helps you to develop powerful habits, discipline, has positive effects, it’s a self-directed learning, gives you determinations and you get really exited.

- What Do You Want To Experience In Life?
- How Do You Want To Grow?
- What Do You Want To Contribute To The Planet?
! Also, creating a vision board will empower you to manifest your dream life. Act in accordance with the 4 P’s: Patience, Persistence, Perseverance, and Passion. As well drawing down your vision is the purest form of creation that can produce deliberately. We are literally taking our brain’s machine and creating something ‘outside’ of ourselves as an interpretation of something inside of ourselves.
Imagination changes everything. Using your imagination activates the right side of your brain, which makes you creative and filled with possibility. Your brain emits serotonina and oxytocin when you draw. Your brain knows you, it’s cataloged everything you’ve ever seen, heard, experienced, real, or imagined. You just have to ask it to put the pieces together for you. When you draw your picture, allows the brain to recycle what it sees and reconstruct it, add to it everything you’ve ever seen, heard, experienced, or fantasized about, and then it will serve you up with the best possible solution.
⇔ In other words train your brain to do what you want, because your brain do what he things you want to do. Grab a pen and a paper and start setting, drawing, visioning, take control of your life!
